Domino's Pizza

Domino's Pizza is really good pizza. I had the pleasure of working for Domino's Pizza for several years, and I should tell you that it was fantastic! most people assume that since I worked there I'd hate it, but I don't. Quite the opposite, in fact! I love it! And, believe it or not, I ate pizza, wings and bread sticks for every meal while on the clock!

Domino's Pizza, as an employer, treated us very well. They didn't pay nickels and dimes like a typical tip-receiving job would. Most restaurants pay like $3-4 an hour and expect for tips to make the rest up to you! Well, Domino's paid above minimum wage, AND the tips were good. Looking back at my career with Domino's Pizza, I'd say it was one of the best jobs I've ever had.

Here are some reasons why Domino's Pizza is a great place to work at:

1. The pay is great (tips PLUS hourly wage)
2. The people there are cool. grated this experience changes depending on which chain you work at, but at the Domino's Pizza stores in Northern Virginia, everyone was very friendly.
3. If you don't like the peop0le, you didn't have to worry about it. Why? Because all you had to do was drive off and deliver pizza to the next person! Since I was a driver, I was able to do that all the time! Imagine- sitting down in your car for most of your shift, listening to any music you wanted and not having to deal with people for a majority of the day!
4. The food is great! At my particular chain of Domino's Pizza, I was allowed to make and eat a pizza whenever I wanted. Most of the people there often created these "creation pizzas." They were delicious! Imagine everything you'd want on a pizza and eating it whenever you wanted!

Of course, now that I'm a little older the pounds don't stay off like they used to!

So yeah, Domino's Pizza is not only a gerat place to work at, but also a great place to order from!

Oh, and in our area here in Northern Virginia (as is most places around the United States!), they offer a "buy one, get one free" deal every Tuesday! My wife and I hit that up often, as it saves you HALF of the price each time you order! So, for example, if you order a three topping pan pizza (LARGE) and you order a second pan pizza (LARGE) with two toppings, you get that second one free!

Oh, and for the record- the left overs are great! Unlike Pizza Hut, the pizza isn't NEARLY as greasy, so left overs make for great lunches at work for the following days! I think I've had left over Domino's Pizza up to 8 days after ordering it! As long as it stays in the refrigerator, it should be good for a while!

So what are you waiting for? Get up and order that pizza for lunch or dinner today!
