Wax Museums
Have you ever visited a wax museum before? If you haven't, I think you should! Wax museums typically exist around very touristy areas. This makes sense because they rely heavily upon foot traffic, and there is lots of foot traffic in areas where there is a natural wonder, lots of other businesses or an attractive site to see. When considering going to a wax museum, be sure to bring your wallet! It is usually around $10-20 just to go in! Believe me, though, once you get in it's well worth it. They create tons of different characters and famous people out of wax. It is sometimes spooky how closely they resemble the actual person! If you want to see a picture of me with a wax rendition of Clint Eastwood, just look at my profile picture! Pretty good, huh? Wax museums can be a fun thing for people of all ages. Adults will really get a kick out of seeing people they see on tv right in front of them. Similarly, kids will get a kick out of seeing wax figures! Sometimes younger children get "spooked" by seeing them, but most museums have a children's section where it's kid-friendly. Consider visiting a wax museum next time you're out! |
